International orders - I am now able to ship to USA and Canada however you will need to place your order through my Etsy shop.  To. head over to my Etsy shop, please click here.

As each item is handmade to order, we will aim to ship out your order within 3-5 working days of purchase; however, time scales for custom pieces vary from item to item.  For custom pieces a time frame will be discussed with you prior to purchase.

*Please be aware that you will not get a tracking number.

Returns Policy

When you have received confirmation that you can return your item, please send it back in the original packaging to the return address given within 14 days of contacting us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and packaging costs for returning your item and shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable. 

Please obtain proof of purchase when returning your item. This is a free service offered by Royal Mail/Post Office in the UK.

Please note that custom and personalised orders are non-refundable unless faulty.

Faulty Goods

Please make sure that you check your order as soon as soon as you receive it. If you find that anything is damaged or faulty when it arrives, please email [email protected] and include a photo as it is handy for us to see what has happened to your item. Faulty products must be returned within 14 days and will be replaced with a new item. Please make sure that you send the item back in the original packaging to the return address given.

Non-refundable items

Items that have been custom made or personalised, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Items that have been damaged by you.

Sale items, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Earrings, due to hygiene reasons, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
 

Refunds

On receipt of the item, we will refund you in full for your order, including the shipping cost via the orginal payment method. We will not refund the shipping cost to return the item.

The item must be undamaged and sent back in the original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if part of the original item is missing or it has been damaged on return.
